Chef Christine’s Story
Christine Daley grew up in the kitchen. As a young girl, she fell in love with both food and the art of cooking, which she spent ample time doing with her mother.
Having been fortunate enough to travel and live in places like France and Vietnam, Christine has developed a global palate that she combines with the foods from her upbringing. Christine sources and supports local farmers, creating dishes influenced by the season. Her weekly clients enjoy the fruits of a private chef delivered to their doorstep. She has a unique sense of calm in the kitchen and that ease is appreciated when working at events for brands like CANN, goop, Laura Mercier and by her in-home private clients like Jen Atkin, Cat Sadler, Mari Llewellyn and others. Christine loves what she does and is beyond grateful to feed folks.
She’s a dog mom, loves cheese and dance parties.
Chef Abby’s Story
Abby’s love for cooking started at a young age. Between her aunt, her grandma, and her stepfather, she was raised by amazing cooks.
Her after school special was Annie’s pasta with sautéed onion and broccoli. She’s come a long way since middle school. During the pandemic, she found an ad to start cooking for the elderly which is where her career began. Shortly after, she joined Daley Delivery where her cooking skills were tested and improved.
She has since added a third endeavor, spending some of her nights and weekends working as a cook for a local catering company. She particularly loves to make anything involving noodles - Asian and Italian cuisines being her specialty. When she’s not in the kitchen, she is helping her boyfriend with their house renovation or adventuring with her pup.
