A note from Christine…

A general rule of thumb for Daley Delivery items - chicken and turkey will always be cooked through while fish and steaks will always be under cooked so that you have options when bringing it to your ideal temperature.

Lemon and Garlic Chicken Piccata - Reheat in skillet or oven until heated through.

Maple and Rosemary Pork Tenderloin - Reheat in skillet or oven until heated through.

Baked Cod with Herb, Lemon, Green Olive and Onion Relish - Cod will be VERY undercooked. Reheat until heated through in skillet until preferred temperature.

Roasted Grapes and Goat Cheese Stuffed Sweet Potatoes - Reheat in a skillet or the oven until heated through

Pasta - Toss a splash of water and oil into a skillet and reheat. Or do the same in the microwave

Soup - Reheat in a saucepan until warmed

Warm Eggplant and Mint Salad with Pinenuts - Reheat in a skillet

Polenta with Balsamic Beets - Enjoy as is or reheat until heated through

Herb and Parmesan Roasted Potatoes- Reheat in a skillet or on a baking sheet in the oven until warmed.

Skillet Toasted Green Beans with Raisins, Goat Cheese and Almonds - Reheat in a skillet and then toss on goat cheese
