A note from Christine…

A general rule of thumb for Daley Delivery items - chicken and turkey will always be cooked through while fish and steaks will always be under cooked so that you have options when bringing it to your ideal temperature.

Turkey Meatballs with Marinara - Reheat in skillet or oven until heated through.

Sesame & Soy Steak Stir-fry - Reheat in skillet or oven until heated through. Please note that the steak will be very undercooked.

Sesame & Soy Vegetable Stir-fry (v) - Reheat in skillet or oven until heated through.

Mustard and Honey Roasted Salmon - The salmon will be VERY undercooked. I suggest cooking the salmon for 8 mins at 350 degrees and then broil for 8 minutes for the perfect crisped top. **Do not broil in the compostable container!

Pasta - Toss a splash of water and oil into a skillet and reheat. Or do the same in the microwave

Soup - Reheat in a saucepan until warmed

Veggie Fried (brown) Rice - Reheat in a skillet and if you’re feeling adventurous, add an egg

Packed Chopped Salad - Toss with dressing and enjoy.

Mediterranean Farro Salad - Reheat in a skillet or enjoy as is

Crunchy Broccoli Salad with Pinenuts and Parmesan - Toss with dressing and enjoy
