A general rule of thumb for Daley Delivery items - chicken and turkey will always be cooked through while fish and steaks will always be under cooked so that you have options when bringing it to your ideal temperature.

Chicken Tacos in Lettuce Cups with all the Fixings- Reheat in a skillet until heated through. Then fix tacos as you like - I suggest adding avocado as well.

Fish Tacos in Lettuce Cups with all the Fixings - Fish will be VERY under-cooked. Reheat in a until heated through. And then fix tacos as you like.

Mediterranean Tuna Salad - Enjoy as is. Or add over mixed greens or to a sandwich

Broccoli and Mushrooms with Spicy Garlic Sauce over Brown Rice - Reheat in the oven or in a skillet until heated through
