A note from Christine…
A general rule of thumb for Daley Delivery items - chicken and turkey will always be cooked through while fish and steaks will always be under cooked so that you have options when bringing it to your ideal temperature.
Grilled Pesto Chicken over Brown Rice - Reheat in skillet or in the microwave until heated through (They didn’t have great tomatoes this week so I skipped the roasted tomatoes.)
Marinated Flank Steak - Steak will be VERY rare. Reheat in a skillet or in the oven for roughly 5-7 mins until heated through
Fasolakia - Reheat in a sauce pan, skillet or oven until heated through
Bok Choy with Shrimp - The shrimp will be under-cooked. Saute in skillet until cooked through
Soup - Reheat in a sauce pan
Pasta - Reheat in a skillet or in the microwave until heated through
Sesame Garlic Spinach (v) - Reheat in a skillet or microwave until heated through
Quinoa with Roasted Broccoli and Chopped Almonds (v) - Enjoy as is or reheat until heated through
Red Cabbage Slaw (v) - Enjoy as is
Arugula, Brussels Sprout Salad with Cranberries and Pepitas (v) - Squeeze lemon that is in container and just add olive oil! Enjoy!
