A note from Christine…

A general rule of thumb for Daley Delivery items - chicken and turkey will always be cooked through while fish and steaks will always be under cooked so that you have options when bringing it to your ideal temperature.

Spicy Salmon Lettuce Cup “Tostadas” with Radish Slaw - The salmon will be VERY rare and broken up into pieces so you can quickly reheat and not over cook. Reheat in skillet or oven until heated through, the slaw will be on the side with the lettuce cups. Maybe add a little avocado or your favorite hot sauce!

Spiced Lentils with Mushrooms and Greens - Enjoy as is or reheat in skillet or microwave

Beef Stew (One Last Time Before it Becomes Too Warm To Eat Beef Stew) - Reheat in a saucepan

Soup - Reheat in a sauce pan

Pasta - Reheat in a skillet or in the microwave until heated through

Baked Sweet Potatoes with Chili-Lime Butter - Reheat in microwave or oven until warmed through with the butter.

Orange Glazed Acorn Squash with Cranberries - Enjoy as is or heat in microwave, skillet or oven until heated through.

Chickpea Chopped Salad - Toss with dressing and enjoy!

Sliced Fennel Orange Salad - I would add a little olive oil and then enjoy!
