A note from Christine…

A general rule of thumb for Daley Delivery items - chicken and turkey will always be cooked through while fish and steaks will always be under cooked so that you have options when bringing it to your ideal temperature.

Whitefish with Olives, Lemon, Parsley and Potatoes - The fish will be VERY undercooked. I’d suggest reheating it in a skillet until it’s cooked and heated through.

Chicken with Olives, Lemon, Parsley and Potatoes - Reheat in skillet or oven until heated through.

Beef “Stew” with Tomatoes and Rice - Reheat in a skillet or saucepan to desired temperature

Chickpea “Stew” with Tomatoes and Rice - Reheat in a skillet or saucepan to desired temperature

Pasta - Toss a splash of water and oil into a skillet and reheat. Or do the same in the microwave

Soup - Reheat in a saucepan until warmed
