Daley Delivery Reset; Tuesday, October 15th Delivery

Although I usually eat quite a bit of pasta throughout the week, it is rare that for two weeks straight I eat both pasta and pizza for lunch and dinner - everyday!! So this week I’m also going to offer a Daley Delivery Reset Menu. The plan is designed for one person - it contains different lunches, snacks and dinners for five days. All clean, vegetarian, healthy meals that I’ll be eating this coming week so I thought I’d offer it to you as well!

It’s $200 for the week and will be delivered on Tuesday with the regular deliveries. It's grain free and I will be using VERY little dairy (if any). I'm not really a fan of diets or cleanses but I thought this is a great opportunity to eat clean and healthy together for a week. AND if this ends up being something that people are interested in, then we can consider adding this as an option every other or every three weeks. Lunch - Lentil Soup

Snacks - Daley Nuggets (super delicious protein date balls)

Dinner - Roasted Vegetable Salad

Wendesday:

Lunch - Anti Inflammatory Salad with Turmeric, Cashew Dressing

Snacks - Crudite with White Bean Dip

Dinner - Minestrone Soup

Thursday:

Lunch - Blueberry, Almond and Kale Salad (more anti inflammatory action at work!)

Snacks - Daley Nuggets (super delicious protein date balls)

Dinner - White Bean Soup with Escarole

Friday:

Lunch - Butternut Squash Soup

Snacks - Cucumber Salad

Dinner - Chopped Salad with Sweet Potatoes

Saturday:

Lunch - Coconut Carrot Ginger Soup

Snacks - Daley Nuggets

Dinner - Black Bean, Mushroom Burgers
