A note from Christine…

A general rule of thumb for Daley Delivery items - chicken and turkey will always be cooked through while fish and steaks will always be under cooked so that you have options when bringing it to your ideal temperature.

The Perfect Marinated Flank Steak - Steak will be VERY rare. Cook to ideal temperature in skillet or oven.

White Fish with a Puttenesca Sauce - Fish will be VERY undercooked. Cook to ideal temperature in skillet or oven.

Mediterranean Baked Sweet Potato with Tomato Salad and Roasted Chickpeas - Reheat in skillet or microwave until heated through. Tomatoes and chickpeas will be on the side.

Soup - Reheat in a sauce pan

Pasta - Reheat in a skillet or in the microwave until heated through

Roasted Carrots and Red Onion with Fennel and Mint (v) - Enjoy as is or reheat in a skillet until warmed through
