A note from Christine…

A general rule of thumb for Daley Delivery items - chicken and turkey will always be cooked through while fish and steaks will always be under cooked so that you have options when bringing it to your ideal temperature.

Lemon, Butter and Garlic Roasted Salmon - The salmon will be VERY rare. Reheat in skillet or oven until desired temperature.

Lemon, Butter and Garlic Roasted Chicken - Reheat in skillet or oven until heated through

Lentil, Roasted Eggplant and Cauliflower Bowl with Harissa - Enjoy as is or reheat in skillet or microwave

Shrimp with Chimichurri Sauce - Shrimp will be VERY undercooked. Cook to ideal temperature in skillet or oven

Grilled Chicken with Chimichurri Sauce - Reheat in skillet or oven until desired temperature.

Soup - Reheat in a sauce pan

Pasta - Reheat in a skillet or in the microwave until heated through
